Due to continued expansion, Logical is recruiting for Field Service Engineers to add to our service teams covering the Highlands & Islands, Grampian and Moray areas.

Logical Business & IT Solutions is a completely local document solutions company based across the North of Scotland and works with the world’s biggest providers of integrated print and document solutions.

We offer a wide range of printing, scanning and copying solutions including document and print management, electronic document archiving, networking, interactive displays, software and audio-visual solutions, and product procurement and deployment.

We work in partnership with Sharp, Canon and Zebra Technologies.

Job Specification

Job Title: Photocopier Engineer
Reports To: Service & Operations Director
Job Locations: Highlands & Islands, Grampian & Moray

An opportunity has arisen within our service team for experienced field based service engineers. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a passion for customer service and keen to learn new products and technologies.

The role will be varied and consist of the following:

Remote resolution of service calls.
Service, repair and maintenance of Multifunctional Devices to a consistent, high standard in our customers premises throughout Highlands & Islands, Grampian and Moray.
Preparation and installation of new equipment.

What we Require

Minimum of two years’ experience within the photocopying / printing industry.
Experience of Sharp and Canon equipment preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
A passion for customer service.
Networking skills to install and fault-find print and scanning faults.
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work within a team and within response schedules.
Good communication skills, both within our service team and with our customers.
An interest in learning new skills and technologies.
A full, clean UK driving license.
